• Legitimate Interest: To identify and reach out to relevant GTM talent or B2B prospects (Founders/HR Leads) regarding professional opportunities and services.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors
To provide a seamless service, we share data with trusted partners:
• Clients: We share candidate profiles (initially in redacted/anonymous form) with hiring companies.
• SaaS Infrastructure: * Loxo: Our primary Recruitment CRM/ATS for candidate and client management.
o Google Workspace: For secure communication and document storage.
• Marketing & Analytics: We use tools like LinkedIn Insight Tag and Google Analytics to optimize our lead generation and understand how users interact with our site.
International Transfers: Where data is processed outside the EEA (e.g., by US-based SaaS providers), we ensure protection via Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
5. Data Retention Periods
We do not hold data longer than necessary:
• Candidates: We retain CVs and contact history for 2 years from the date of last meaningful contact, unless you request deletion.
• Placed Candidates: Relevant records are kept for 7 years to comply with statutory tax and legal obligations.
• B2B Leads/Clients: We retain business contact details for the duration of our professional relationship.
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the following rights:
• Right to Access: Request a copy of the data we hold on you.
• Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Right to Erasure: Request the "Right to be Forgotten."
