The Opportunity
This role offers the opportunity to lead the expansion of a global leader in educational technology into a new and untapped region, with an active pipeline in revenue opportunity. You’ll build and manage a team, develop a strategic plan, and execute it to drive growth and success in the Middle East market.

What they’re looking for:
Strong understanding of technology use in education
10+ years of experience in government relations, public policy, channel sales, or account management, with a strong focus on the Middle East
Deep understanding of the political, economic, and regulatory environment in the Middle East, particularly in relation to technology and digital transformation
Proven track record of successfully engaging with government officials and influencing public policy, as well as managing channel partnerships
Proficiency in Arabic and English
Based in the United Arab Emirates
What you’ll do:
Government Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage with Middle Eastern government bodies, advocate for SaaS policies, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Channel Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, execute business plans for revenue growth, and provide training to partners on products and sales techniques.
Policy Advocacy & Regulatory Compliance: Monitor legislative changes, advocate for digital transformation, and ensure business compliance with regulations through industry collaboration.
Partnership Development & Sales Enablement: Pursue strategic partnerships with governments and channel partners, align partnerships with business goals, and collaborate on co-branded marketing initiatives.
The Interview process
There will be a 4-stage interview process which will include a panel presentation.
